The Hottest Latin Band in the area, Grupo Candela was formed in 2005 from some of the most experienced musician's in the area. Based in Madison Wisconsin, they will have your guests dancing from the first song. The leader Roberto Rengel, who plays percussion and Musical Director Carmelo Saez III, who plays trumpet, has pulled together an exciting lineup of musicians, ready to burn up the stage. The 12-piece ensemble features Sandra Faitel & Mario Mendoza  on lead vocals, keyboards, bass, 4 percussionists and the horn section with 2 trumpets, trombone and sax. Dance, Dance, Dance..... You will truly enjoy your evening of dancing. From salsa to merengue to bachata, let's have some fun.

Candela is available in a more relaxed setting as a latin jazz group. We refer to the group as Candelita (Little Candela), because we only use 8 pieces (Lead vocalist, piano, bass, 3 percussion, 2 Brass). It is available for clients who want a little less power or with a more modest budget. Still very exciting and entertaining, they keep the groove.
